How to join the SLL

Anyone with an interest in light and lighting can join as an Affiliate. If you have formal qualifications and/or relevant experience in light and lighting you can join as an Associate Member, Member or Fellow as appropriate.

Associate Members, Members and Fellows can put designatory letters after their names.  Detailed information on the various classes of membership of the Society and subscriptions can be downloaded below. Also available below are the relevant application forms:

Applications Forms -  New Members (SLL)

• Form for non-CIBSE members applying for SLL Affiliate
• Form for non-CIBSE members applying for SLL Associate Member or Member class
• Form for existing CIBSE members applying for any grade

Applications Forms -  Existing Members (SLL)

• Form to transfer to another class of membership
• Form to apply for transfer to Fellow.
