The Society of Light & Lighting is the senior and largest professional body representing the interests of those involved in the art, science and engineering of light and lighting. The SLL welcomes all those who are interested in any aspect of the world of light, lighting, and its applications. It has over 2000 members in the UK and world wide and carries out a full range of activities including Lighting Education Guide
SLL's new Lighting for Education Guide offers guidance on the lighting of all educational spaces including lecture theatres, teaching rooms, conference rooms, special-purpose rooms (such as gymnasia, art rooms and dance studios), and multi-purpose rooms.
